A little over 6 years ago generator technologies installed a generac and have been servicing it with no issues. Recently the oil pump went out and it was quoted 3000 to repair on a unit just out of warranty and with a mere 34.8 working hours. They did understand that this was an unusual case but still offered no help, no discount, no nothing.

*UPDATE*

After much communication between generac the company and generator technologies that installed the unit progress has been made. In spite of generac the company offering little to no help and not standing by their product, Generator Technologies has been working with me to make things right. Its refreshing to see a company go out of their way when technically they did not have to, but knew it was the appropriate thing to do. I am happy to continue to be a customer of generator technologies and appreciate all the hard work the staff has put in.
