After much communication between Generac, the company, and Generator Technologies, which installed the unit, progress has been made. Despite Generac offering little to no help and not standing by its product, Generator Technologies has been working with me to make things right. It’s refreshing to see a company go out of their way when technically they did not have to, but knew it was the appropriate thing to do. I am happy to continue to be a customer of Generator Technologies and appreciate all the hard work the staff has put in.
