During a recent and extended power outage, my generator was running for approximately 18 hours. I noticed it was leaking oil. I called Generator Technologies, this was a Friday afternoon, so I didn’t expect anyone to come out until the following week. I received a call about 45 minutes later that a technician would be at my house shortly. Approximately 10 minutes before he showed up the power came back on but my generator still had to be repaired.
The technician resolved the issue, checked the generator over thoroughly, cleaned up the oil mess, checked all connections, etc.
Generator Technologies and their technicians are great to do business with, and respond very quickly. I greatly appreciate their assistance and expertise.
